We are MARKT-PILOT, the most innovative high-tech startup in Baden-Wuerttemberg in the center of Esslingen,

less than 15 km from downtown Stuttgart.

MARKT-PILOT is a dynamic and young software (SaaS) company. We create a unique market, competition and price transparency for up to 18 million purchased parts for our customers in the mechanical engineering sector. Worldwide, current and sustainable.

This takes our customers to a completely new level in pricing, purchasing, after sales and marketing.

We are looking for you to strengthen our sales team. You are passionate about sales, have a high degree of self-motivation and persuasiveness, enjoy working in a team and have experience in dealing with managing directors and service managers, ideally in mechanical engineering?

Your mission:

  • You win and inspire potential customers for the MARKT-PILOT software solution and accompany them through to the conclusion of the contract

  • You look after existing customers and develop additional customer potential

  • You sell professionally in a team and alone at home and abroad via web conferences, webinars, on-site, at trade fairs and events

  • You will develop strategies to win leads as customers for MARKT-PILOT

  • You report customer and market feedback to our product team

What need to bring:

  • You have successfully completed a studies

  • Ideally, you have 3 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering, after-sales, sales and, or as a service manager or similar.

  • You are used to speaking effectively with C-Level and managing directors and emphasizing the benefits

  • You have very good German, English and good MS Office skills

  • You are goal-oriented and inspire customers with excellent communication skills

  • Confident appearance and flexibility, even in work-intensive phases
